On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, Bishop Jean Bosco Ntagungira, recently elected to lead the Diocese of Butare, was warmly welcomed at the 171st General Assembly of Bishops in Kigali. This significant event is being held at the offices of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Rwanda.
